Returns & Exchanges

Sometimes things go wrong. Even long established retail outlets with household names will make an error, have a damaged delivery, or mistake one pen for another. We will bend over backwards to correct our errors, and those outside our control, such as delivery issues. Customers make mistakes too - we won't judge you, just help you out. If you have bought the wrong thing, please return it for credit or exchange. It doesn't matter why.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, simply post it back to us or come into the shop.
